H.A. Technical Solutions, LLC (TSI) is a distribution company for many high technology products including both hardware and software. also supplies the first line technical support needed by its customers to take full advantage of these products.

TSI has entered into several agreements with technology manufacturers vendors to provide national, and in some cases global marketing and distribution of their products. One such arrangement is an exclusive marketing agreement with Rose Datasystems, Inc., based in San Jose, California. Under this agreement TSI will market all hardware and software products developed by or acquired by Rose. These products include the "H.A." High Availability software as well as a variety of high availability enhancements for Sybase, Oracle, Informix and other relational database software packages.

Other TSI products include the disk arrays, remote node hardware and many other high availability, fault tolerant and data communications products.

TSI has also formed reseller relationships with Silicon Graphics and Sun Microsystems, and is offering both companies' full lines of products. The products from SGI and SUN complement the H.A. software allowing TSI to deliver complete fault tolerant, high availability systems to its customers. These reseller arrangements also allow TSI to provide individual components with which the customer may construct its own high availability system.

TSI offers all of its products for purchase or on a monthly lease to accommodate each customer's specific needs.
